Life Coaching Ski Group

Participants will learn self-awareness, emotional regulation, and coping skills all while being out in the fresh air — skiing, connecting, and having fun.

This Life Coaching Ski Group for preteens/teens blends movement, mindset, and mentorship in the most natural way possible. As we glide down the mountain, we’ll also work on confidence, resilience, mindful breathing, positive self-talk, and navigating the ups and downs of growing up.
